Activities and Attractions
Punta Gorda was called the #1 place to live by Money Magazine in 1997 & 1998.
Located just 30 minutes from Ft Myers, 40 minutes to Englewood Gulf beaches, 2
1/2 hours to Disney World, 1 1/2 hours to Busch Gardens. Take a walk or ride
a bike to the historic Punta Gorda downtown nestled on gorgeous Charlotte Harbor.
Shop at quaint boutiques. Enjoy fine dining & wonderful sunsets. Take
a boat ride up the Peace River and observe alligators, herons, eagles and
cranes. Fresh water or salt water fishing charters available. Many golf courses
from par 3 to professionally designed within the area. If you like to
fish, you can fish off the docks without a license or you can take one of the many fishing charters that sail from Punta Gorda or Ft. Myers. Restaurants abound and offer every type of quisine desired. Cultural activities are available nearby or a short drive to Ft. Myers or Sarasota.
Cycling is a year round activity and we can provide cue
sheets for established routes, or simply wander and see the sights. Bicycle
Clubs are available for group rides and there are always folks riding that would
welcome the opportunity to showcase our little piece of Charlotte Harbor.
Rental Rates
Seasonal Rate January 1 thru April 30 $2200 Monthly. 10%
discount for multiple month rentals. Summer Rate May
1 thru October 31 $1500 Monthly 10% discount for multiple month rentals. Holiday Rate November 1 thru December 31 $2000 Monthly, 10% discount for multiple month rentals.12% Taxes and $75 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals. Rental reservations require $500 deposit. Balance due by 15th of preceeding month. Rentals of 6 months or more will be discounted. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
